WM will develop a highly effective, customized Preventive Maintenance Program unique to your property to ensure the prolonged useful life of your property’s structures and systems. Your WM representative will conduct scheduled building wide walk-throughs, and minor repairs will be made promptly to prevent the aggravation of damage or decay and to minimize downtime and inconvenience to residents and commercial leasers alike. Contracts with other workers such as plumbers, electricians, etc will be monitored if needed by owner.
