Started in late 2012, Willis Management is located in Atlanta, Georgia. The company was started for the purpose of managing commercial and residential properties. The idea of the company began simply to manage investment rental properties but quickly spread to, not only managing rental residential properties, but commercial properties as well. We also pursues government contracts to help fulfill needs concerning the federal government.

Willis Management plans to have a statewide property and facility management portfolio throughout Georgia. Our firm has many years of property management experience, spanning a diverse array of property types and uses. Our portfolio will include office, industrial and retail locations, residential, single family and multi family units. Through constant innovation and the introduction of process efficiencies, we drive down operating costs without compromising building integrity or tenant satisfaction.

We would like to tackle the problem of abandoned homes and properties throughout our state capital and surrounding areas first. The advantages for targeting these properties allow our company to play a vital role in the upkeep or improvement in the cities appearance in areas that don’t receive much attention otherwise.
